Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Kohley’s Superior Water. We are committed to providing each of our customers with exceptional service. Our shipping and returns policy is detailed below to streamline your order delivery and provide a hassle-free experience.

Shipping and Delivery Destinations

We do not offer shipping. However, we deliver water and other items within a 50-mile radius of our office in Muskegon, MI. 

Delivery Costs

A flat delivery rate of $3.50 is added to each delivery order at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

We deliver Monday through Friday during business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST). You can schedule your delivery time during those hours. 

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, contact our customer service team right away. We’ll work quickly to address and resolve the issue.

Returns Policy

Kohley’s Superior Water does not offer returns unless the item(s) you received is defective. If something is wrong with the item or your order, we will make it right.

If the items you received are incorrect, damaged, or faulty, we will refund the delivery costs, but we require photographic evidence to support such claims. All returns should be returned to Kohley’s Superior Water within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund or replacement. In the rare occasion that a customer receives an incorrect item, upon our receipt of the returned incorrect product, Kohley’s Superior Water will dispatch the correct item and also refund the cost of return postage.
